Domaine de Montrabech

This is what I call a “no brainer” wine. This wine is low price, high quality, very versatile wine that pairs very well from spring till fall and is a great daytime wine, beach wine, lawn care wine, and foodie wine.

Hob Nob Red Blend 2013

I can see this as a great cheese wine with its low cost; it really is fruity enough for a stinky cheese and meaty enough for a creamier style cheese.

Veuve Clicquot Champagne

Nearly a perfect balance of fruit and yeast. The yellow apple is apparent on the front of the palate but fades to that glorious fresh French baguette yeast like finish that you can only find in high quality, traditionally made, sparkling wine.
